Psychotherapy is an active process in an empowering and supportive environment that helps you define and reach goals of wellness or success. It can help you overcome fears, insecurities, cope with stress, make sense of past traumatic experiences, improve relationships, understand why things bother you, and end destructive habits or addictions. I am a Certified IFS Therapist (Level 3 trained) & Approved IFS clinical consultant who is also trained in EMDR. I will actively listen, be non-judgmental, assist with active problem solving and/or trauma treatment and help you resolve emotional issues. Together we will look and find your strengths and achieve your goals. Problems do not need to be faced alone and I will work with you to solve them.
